Who am I?

Hi, I’m Thomas the mind behind The Lost Knowledge Files.

After a back injury kept me from my usual work outdoors, I found myself searching for a new outlet. Instead of sitting still, I turned my energy toward one of history’s greatest puzzles: the secrets hidden in ancient texts. What started as a hobby quickly became a passion — a way to challenge myself, explore mysteries, and maybe even uncover something no one else has.

I focus on ancient manuscripts, symbols, and hidden patterns from strange scripts like the Voynich Manuscript to undeciphered systems like Linear A and the Phaistos Disc. My approach is self-taught and hands-on: I break text into parts, look for repeating structures, compare across sources, and track everything with detailed notes and tools. I believe even the most impenetrable mystery can be cracked if you look at it from the right angle.

I’m not a professor or academic I studied a year of general education at Keiser University before leaving school. Everything I do now is built on curiosity, persistence, and a drive to prove that outsiders can still contribute to big questions.

Through The Lost Knowledge Files, I share my process and discoveries so others can see what I see and so the right people might take notice. My ultimate goal? To be discovered, keep expanding this work, and maybe turn it into something bigger.

When I’m not decoding texts, you’ll usually find me tinkering with engines, working on cars, or building things in my shop. I’ve always been drawn to solving puzzles whether mechanical, historical, or symbolic.

This site is my open notebook. If you’re here, welcome — you might just see patterns no one else has noticed.
